Already know the trip you want? For select prepackaged and group trips, no consultation call is required, and you save 50% on your planning fee.
Here's a breakdown of our process.
Most bookings start with a complimentary consultation call. This is where I get to know you, your travel style, and what you are dreaming about, so I can start curating the right fit. (Prepackaged trips skip this step, more on that below.)
Once I have completed my research, I will send you my first and best recommendation. I take the time to make sure everything is tailored to you, and I welcome your feedback if anything needs to be adjusted.
Once you are ready to move forward, a deposit secures your trip and locks in your pricing, so you don't have to worry about costs changing on you later.
From here, I take care of the rest. All you need to do is make sure your trip balance is paid by the due date. That's it.
To provide the level of research, planning, and personal support that goes into every trip I book, I do charge a Concierge Care fee.
- Custom Trip Planning: starts at $150, or $75 per person for parties of 2 or more (not including children)
- Prepackaged Trips: 50% off the standard fee, and no consultation call required
This fee covers the time, research, and care that goes into every detail of your trip, from the first conversation to the moment you land. It is separate from the cost of your actual vacation and is not refundable once planning begins.
What This Fee Includes
- All detailed research, planning, and itinerary details from the time you hire me until you come home
- Ongoing follow up and support via email/phone/text during my business hours
- Your first and best proposal, with up to two additional options if needed
- Total package pricing, deposit amount, due dates, and available payment plans
- Concierge-level support before, during, and after your trip
